A saved search is a set of filters OurHouse keeps watching for you. When a new property matches, you get an email and a notification in the app, so you don't have to re-run the same search every few days.
Creating a saved search
- Go to All Properties.
- Open Filters and set the search, ranges and tags you want.
- Choose Save this search, give it a name and press Save search.
You can't create one from the Saved Searches page itself. It's always made from a search you've already run, so you can check the results first.
Managing your saved searches
Each saved search on the page shows its name, a summary of its filters, and how many properties match right now.
- View matches
- Runs the search again in All Properties.
- Notifications on / off
- Pauses or resumes alerts for this search without deleting it.
- Delete
- Removes the search after you confirm.
Plan limits
The Free plan includes 2 saved-search alerts; Premium has no limit. If you go back to Free with more than that, nothing is deleted. You choose which to keep, and the rest are marked Paused and stop sending alerts until you upgrade or remove some. See Free and Premium.
Turning off the emails
To stop all saved-search emails at once, rather than one search at a time, change the setting in notification preferences.
