Comparisons puts two properties from your watchlists side by side, so you can see where they really differ instead of flicking between tabs.
Comparing two properties
- On each side, pick a Watchlist and then a Property from it. The two sides can come from different watchlists.
- The comparison updates as soon as both sides are picked.
You'll need at least one watchlist with properties on it. If you don't have one yet, the page offers New watchlist.
What's compared
- Property details
- Photo, address, price, bedrooms, bathrooms, floor and land area and the other core facts, row by row.
- Evaluation values
- Your block values for each property. Ratings, yes/no answers, numbers and calculated results.
- Notes
- Your notes on each.
Choose Open on either side to go to that property's workspace.
Blocks are set per watchlist, so properties on the same watchlist compare most cleanly. For a score that weighs everything you care about, use the decision matrix.
