You earn points for using OurHouse in ways that help you and other buyers. Researching properties, keeping information accurate, and bringing friends along.
Points and coins
Your balances are shown in the header and in the Points & rewards section of your dashboard.

- Earned for the actions below. Every 1,000 points turn into a coin.
- Coins
- Your converted points.
- Lifetime points
- Everything you've ever earned, including points already turned into coins.
Points and coins have no cash value and can't be sold or transferred. See the terms.

Some actions have a daily cap, or only pay once per property, so the points reflect real use.
Referrals
Go to Account menu → Referrals for your personal referral link. Copy link and send it to anyone who's buying. When they sign up through it, you earn points and get a notification. The page shows how many friends you've referred, the points you've earned from them, and who has joined.
