The dashboard is where you land after logging in. It pulls the most useful things from the rest of OurHouse onto one screen, so you can see where you're up to without opening every watchlist.
Greeting and quick actions
At the top are two buttons: New Watchlist and Add Property. If you've reached your plan's limit for either, the button tells you why and links to upgrading.
Your buying journey
A strip of five stages. Discover, Save, Visit, Compare, Decide: lights up as you go. Each stage reflects something you've actually done:

- Saved properties
- The latest properties on your watchlists. View all goes to My Watchlists.
- Recently viewed
- Properties you've opened lately, so you can get back to one you didn't save.
- Recommended for you
- Public listings matched to the places, property types, bedrooms and price range you gave in the welcome questions, with a summary of what it's matching. Edit preferences reopens the questions. If you haven't answered them, or nothing matches yet, it shows the newest listings instead.
Finances, agents, activity, rewards and the market
Below the recommended listings, five more sections are always shown:
- Your finances
- Your saved deposit, deposit target and household income from your affordability profile. If you haven't set up affordability yet, there's a button to do it.
- Your agents
- The agents behind the properties you're tracking, with Browse to see every agency. Until you track a listed property, it shows a few agencies to explore instead.
- Recent activity
- Recent events across your watchlists. Properties added, invites sent and accepted, blocks updated, open homes subscribed to.
- Points & rewards
- Your points, coins and lifetime points, and a link to invite friends.
- Market snapshot
- A quick read on the homes you're tracking. The average and median asking price use the homes that have a price, and say how many that is. The median also shows how many tracked homes are above their suburb's median asking price, where the suburb has at least three active listings. Price drops counts the price cuts on your tracked homes in the last 7 days. Commute addresses lists the commute addresses on your watchlists, up to your plan's limit for each watchlist.
