Private Properties lists properties saved to your account that only you can see. They don't appear in anyone else's search, can't be shared by public link, and aren't visible to agencies.
Where private properties come from
Private properties are saved through OurHouse's API. For example by the OurHouse browser app, or another tool you've connected with an API key. That lets you clip a home you're looking at elsewhere into OurHouse without publishing it.
Properties you add with Add Property are public, so other buyers benefit from them too. Your notes, photos and scores on them stay private either way.
Using the page
It works like All Properties. The same search, range sliders and tag filters. But only over your private properties. You can't save a search here, because alerts are for new public listings. + Add Property takes you to the normal Add Property form.
Private properties get the same automatic enrichment as public ones (school zones, places nearby, transport and so on) and can be saved to a watchlist like any other property.
