All Properties (titled Discover properties on screen, under a photo header) lists every public property on OurHouse. Each one comes with the local context OurHouse adds automatically. School zones, nearby places, transport and more. So you can judge a property before you open it.
Property cards
Each card shows the photo, title and address, bedrooms, bathrooms, floor area and the property's tags. A Sold marker appears on sold properties, and a Boosted marker on listings an agency or seller is promoting. Click a card to open the property page.
Boosted listings only get a ranking advantage in searches they already match. A boost never gets a property past your filters.
Searching and filtering
The search box is at the top of the page. It matches the address, title or tags: type, then press Enter or Search.
Choose Show filters to open the filter panel. It starts closed so the results stay on screen. While it's closed, the filters you've applied show as short labels next to the button.
- Ranges
- Sliders for Beds, Baths, Floor (m²), Land (m²) and Price ($). Set a minimum, a maximum, or both.
- Tag filters
- Tags are grouped (for example, property type or features). Ticking several tags in the same group widens the results (this OR that). Ticking tags in different groups narrows them (this AND that).
Press Apply to run the filters, or Clear filters to start again.
Saving a search
Once your filters look right, choose Save this search, give it a name (for example, 3+ bed Auckland under $900k) and save. OurHouse emails you, and notifies you in the app, when new properties match. Manage your alerts in Saved Searches.
