Yes. The Free plan covers most of what a buyer needs. It has limits on watchlists, saved properties and saved-search alerts, and Premium lifts them. You need an account to save anything, because everything you collect is kept with it.

Premium lifts the limits, removes ads, and adds tools for the later stages of buying: offers, due diligence, open-home scorecards and settlement. The plans guide compares the two side by side.

Premium starts with a free trial. Cancel before it ends and you won't be charged. If you cancel later, Premium stays on until the end of the period you've paid for. The Upgrade page shows current prices.

Yes. The agent panel on a property has a button that opens an email already addressed to them about that home. Phone numbers and email addresses are shown when you ask for them, to keep them away from spam bots.

Use Add Property in the sidebar under Discover. You only need the address, and OurHouse fills in the rest it can find. You can save the home to a watchlist as you add it, or without saving it.

Save a search from All Properties. You'll get an email when a new property matches your filters. You can manage saved searches under Discover → Saved Searches.

Yes. My Listings lets you list your home yourself. It appears to buyers on OurHouse marked For Sale by Owner, and buyers contact you directly. You can add photos and open homes, and mark it sold when it is.

Send a request from the agency request form. We check the details against the NZBN and REA registers, usually within two working days. Once we approve it, we email a link to claim the account at the agency email address on your website, and you choose a plan.

Each plan sets how many offices and agents you can add, and how many boosts and spotlights are included. The Free plan is for a single office trying OurHouse out, and it is given by OurHouse rather than sold. We confirm your plan when we approve your request, and you can change it later.

Go to your account settings, open Profile, and choose Delete account. Enter your password to confirm. This permanently removes your account and everything in it, including watchlists, notes, photos and scores, and can't be undone.

No. We don't sell your personal information. The privacy policy sets out what we collect, who we share it with, and your rights under the Privacy Act 2020.

We count which pages and features are used, so we know what to fix. That information never includes your name, email address or anything you type into a form. You can turn it off at any time in your profile settings, or in the cookies section of the privacy policy. We also turn it off if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal.

Some public pages show ads through Google AdSense. Premium removes ads. You can turn off personalised ads in your Google ad settings.

Essential cookies keep you signed in and remember settings such as dark mode. If you block them, you won't be able to sign in. The privacy policy lists every type we use and why.
