Team shows who can run the agency. Admins manage agents, branches, listings and settings. Only the owner handles the plan and adds or removes admins.
Members
Everyone in the agency, with their name, email and role. Owner, Admin or Agent. You're marked (you).
- The owner can Remove an admin.
- An admin can Leave the agency themselves.
- Agents have a Manage link to Our Agents, where they're added and removed. Invite agents at the top of the page goes there too.
Adding an admin
Only the owner sees this form.
- Under Add an admin, enter their first name, last name and email.
- Press Add admin.
If they already use OurHouse, they keep their login and get an email saying they've been added. Otherwise they're sent a link to set a password. Next time they log in, they see the agency menu.
