Our Agents is where owners and admins add the agency's agents, and see each agent's public details at a glance.
Inviting an agent
- Choose + Invite agent at the top of the page to open the form. It's already open when you have no agents yet.
- Enter their first name, last name and email, and pick their Branch (or No branch).
- Press Invite agent.
The agent gets an email with a link to set their password. Once they've logged in they see the agent menu and can fill in their profile and start listing.
The email address must not already have an OurHouse account. Each agent gets a separate agent login. If the agent already uses OurHouse as a buyer, use a different address, such as their work email.
Your plan sets how many agents you can have. When you're at the limit, the page says so and links to the plans. See Plan & billing.

The agent list
Each agent shows their photo (or initials), name, email, phone, availability hours, areas, specialities, languages, REA licence number, and links to their website, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and RateMyAgent profiles. Whatever they've filled in on their agent settings. Agents keep these details up to date themselves. Select an agent's name to see their public profile.
Removing an agent
Choose Remove from agency at the bottom of their card and confirm. The person loses agent access straight away, and their profile and listings are no longer linked to your agency, so the listings leave Our Properties. It doesn't delete their listings from OurHouse.
