An agency's plan sets how many branches, agents and active listings it can have, and how many boosts, Spotlights and appraisal leads come with it each month. Everyone in the agency is covered by the one plan. agents don't pay separately.

Choosing a plan
Only the owner can choose or change the plan. On Plan & billing:
- Pick a plan, monthly or yearly.
- Pay securely with Stripe. New agencies start with a 10-day free trial.
- The plan switches on as soon as Stripe confirms it, usually within a minute.
Admins can see the plan and what's being used, but not change it.
What your plan includes
Once you have a plan, the page lists everything it includes: branches, agents, live listings, boosts, Spotlights, appraisal leads and listing analytics. Where it counts usage, it shows how much you're using (for example 3 of 20 agents, or Spotlights used this month), and says when you can't add more on your plan. Live listings are everything not sold or withdrawn.
On a trial, the page says when it ends and what the first payment will be. Once you're paying, it shows what you pay each month or year.
Compare plans shows every plan side by side, with your current plan marked. The owner can choose Switch to another plan, which opens the Stripe billing portal.
Managing billing
Manage billing opens the Stripe billing portal, where the owner can change plan, switch between monthly and yearly, update the card, see invoices or cancel.
- If a payment fails, the page shows the date to update the card by to keep the plan.
- If you cancel, the plan stays on until the end of the paid period.
If your plan ends
Nothing is removed. Your properties, branches and agents all stay live. You just can't add more branches or agents until you choose a plan again.
Plans from OurHouse
Sometimes OurHouse gives an agency a plan, for example while you get started. The page says so, and when it ends. You can subscribe to a bigger plan at any time.
