Our Properties lists every listing claimed or added by agents across your agency, in one place.
The list
Each property shows its photo, status (Active, Under Offer, Conditional, or a SOLD banner), address and listing agent, how many watchlists it's saved to, and its boost. Open one to see its page, or choose Insights & buyer tools to see how it's performing and reach buyers.
Finding a listing
- The tabs along the top filter by status: All, For sale, Under offer (including conditional offers), Sold and Off market (drafts and withdrawn listings). Each shows how many listings it has.
- Search by address, title or suburb.
- All agents narrows the list to one agent's listings.
- Sort by newest, recently updated, or price.
Choose Clear to go back to the full list.
The boost line on each card
Under each listing, Boost for 7 days appears only when a boost would start straight away. When it can't, the card says why instead, for example "Add a photo before boosting this listing" or "Only listings that are for sale can be boosted". Sold and withdrawn listings have no boost line.
Managing your agents' listings
Owners and admins can manage any listing that belongs to one of the agency's agents. Not just their own. That includes the listing tools:
- Insights: views, saves, open-home sign-ups and more.
- Boost: extra visibility in relevant searches, from your plan's boost allowance.
- Spotlight: send the listing to buyers whose saved searches match it.
- Message watchers: an update to everyone with the listing on a watchlist.
- Open-home check-in: a QR poster and the visitor list.

Plan limits
Each plan includes a number of properties. Sold and withdrawn listings don't count towards it. When you're at the limit, agents can't add or import more listings until you move to a bigger plan or some sell. See Plan & billing.
