All Properties lists every public property on OurHouse, with the same search, range sliders and tag filters buyers use. Many listings are imported from other sites before an agent has touched them, so this is where agents find their own listings and claim them.
Searching
- Search matches the address, title or tags.
- Filters has sliders for beds, baths, floor area, land area and price, and tag filters. Tags in one group widen the results; tags in different groups narrow them.
Each card shows who the listing belongs to: Claimed by you, Listed by another agent, or Unclaimed.
Claiming a listing
If you're the listing agent for a property that's already on OurHouse:
- Find it in All Properties and open it, or choose Claim on its card.
- On the property page, under Are you the listing agent for this property?, choose Claim this listing.
You can claim a listing that has no agent yet. Listings that already have an agent, private listings and listings their owner manages themselves can't be claimed, and show why instead of the button. A property a buyer has added but not listed for sale can be claimed; once its owner lists it for sale, it can't be. If a listing that's yours shows another agent, contact us and we'll sort it out.
It's yours straight away. There's no approval queue, because agents are checked when the agency is approved. The property then:
- shows you and your agency as the listing agent on its page,
- appears in your My Properties and the agency's Our Properties,
- can be edited, given open homes, and promoted with the listing tools.
On a property you've claimed, the page says You're the listing agent for this property, with Edit listing, Insights and Unclaim. Unclaim it if you claimed it by mistake or you're no longer the agent.
Claiming is for agents. Owners and admins see their agents' listings in Our Properties and can manage them there, but claim listings only if they also list properties as an agent.
What agents see on a property page
Besides everything buyers see (see the buyer guide), agents get an Agent tools panel with shortcuts. Edit the listing, add an open home, your settings. and Property stats: how many times the page has been viewed and how many watchlists it's on.
Spotted a problem with a listing you don't manage, like a duplicate of one of yours? Choose Report this listing at the bottom of the side panel to tell an OurHouse admin (see Reporting a problem with a listing).
